A few days after MBC Digital published the story of Stevenson Chirambo, a young man from Chombe Village in Nkhatabay who appealed for financial support to pursue his studies, his dream has now taken a remarkable turn.
Chirambo, who was recently selected to study for a Certificate in Clinical Medicine at the Malawi College of Health Sciences in Lilongwe, has confirmed that well-wishers have stepped forward to fully sponsor his education.
He further revealed that the sponsors have pledged to support him until he completes his training.
“I would like, in a special way, to thank all the sponsors and everyone who found different ways to support me,” Chirambo said.
He also expressed appreciation to MBC Digital, to broadcaster the story and get opportunity for their studies.
