Renowned activist Fredrick Billy Malata has requested that activists Richard Mphepo, Comrade Ntanyiwa, and Brother Salo testify in court over allegations involving a fake Facebook account claimed to belong to another activist, Bon Kalindo.
Malata asserts that the three activists have accused him of creating the account, which has been reportedly used to attack politicians, including former heads of state.
“I’m not threatening or intimidating anyone. I simply want them to prove in court that I own that account,” Malata stated, adding that the police cannot arrest him without concrete evidence.
Kalindo, a popular comedian, has consistently voiced concerns through daily audio messages about someone using a fake Facebook account in his name.
