South African leadership consultant Pastor Chris Mathebula has expressed support for President Lazarus McCarthy Chakwera, stating that he deserves an additional five-year term to fulfill his vision of transforming Malawi.
Mathebula, a key speaker at the Global Leadership Summit held at the Bingu International Convention Centre (BICC) in Lilongwe, praised Chakwera as a visionary leader committed to national progress.
In his presentation titled “Lead Where You Are,” Mathebula told attendees that Malawians are fortunate to have a leader of Chakwera’s caliber. He encouraged citizens to dream big and prepare for the next level, emphasizing that “failing to prepare is preparing to fail.”
The summit has gathered influential leaders from around the world, with representatives from over 124 countries discussing global challenges and innovative solutions.
Global Leadership Network Malawi Country Coordinator, Victor Mughogho, described the event as a crucial platform for leadership transformation. “We are here to inspire world-class leaders to ignite transformation. Nothing can work without leadership and good leadership,” he stated.
