Isaiah 40:29
He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength.
Explanation
Strength isn’t about having it all together. It’s God filling you up when you’ve run dry.
He shows up in the mornings you don’t want to get up, in the meal you stretch for 11, in the tired prayer you whisper.
Strength Sets You Free
You can stop pretending you’re okay. Say “Lord, I’m empty” and trust Him to fill you.
That’s when you’re free to rest and to let God work through your weakness.
Living It Out
Choose surrender over striving today.
When anxiety rises, pray: Lord, I don’t have enough, but You do.
Speak this: “The Lord is my strength. He will not let me fall.”
Prayer
Father, thank You that Your strength is made perfect in my weakness.
When I am tired, lift me. When I am empty, fill me.
Let Your power rest on me today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Final Word
You don’t have to be strong for everyone before God is strong for you.
Let His strength be your portion today.
